2. Services Provided
Big Rig Repair Shop provides professional truck maintenance and emergency road services, including but not limited to transmission replacement, clutch replacement, and DEF derate issues. Specific service availability may vary by location and technician load.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate vehicle information for diagnostics.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible for road service.
- Users must not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled online or via phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee. Road service requests are dispatched immediately and may incur dispatch fees upon technician departure.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior credit arrangements have been established. Refunds on parts are subject to manufacturer policies. Labor fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
6. Warranty & Liability
We warrant our labor for 30 days following service. Parts warranties are provided by the specific manufacturer. Big Rig Repair Shop is not liable for secondary damages resulting from mechanical failure.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Big Rig Repair Shop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
Big Rig Repair Shop reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through a notice on this website. This Agreement is an understanding between Big Rig Repair Shop and the user.
